Even though it is Halloween we believe you can have some fun tasty treats that are also healthy. The instructors at KISO Swim School do their best to promote a healthy and active lifestyle, while also advocating water safety. With one-third of adolescents in the United States overweight or obese, we've found some alternatives from your usual candy bars and GMO products to help lower the growing statistics.
