RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
All families will be charged an annual family membership fee of $35. This fee is good for one calendar year and is charged once per family, not per individual. This membership fee covers all operating, equipment and facility fees while participating in our swim school.
Because of our strict student to teacher ratio and contracted pool time, only one complimentary make-up class will be allowed per session for any personal missed classes. We will not prorate tuition or give refunds for missed classes. Should there be inclement weather, make-up classes may be arranged for seasonal, swim mobile and Dolphin Swim Club Programs. All make-up classes must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed class. Availability is first come, first serve. No refunds for classes missed, including scheduled holidays.
PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE SCHOOL TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. Only a written notice via email to email@example.com or a hand delivered note to our front desk will be acceptable. This must be done at least one week prior to a new session or month start. Failure to do so will leave the account active, resulting in continued rolling enrollment and billing.
Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student's account will be charged for the next rolling enrollment date. This charge will be for holding the student's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.
WHAT TO WEAR: Boys may where swim trunks or jammer (long speedo). Girls may wear a one-piece swim suit that securely stays in place while swimming. Any student under the age of two years old or not potty trained, must wear a swim diaper. All students should have activity-appropriate footwear arriving and leaving class. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.
WHAT TO BRING: Goggles are required for all students, age two years old and up. Swim caps are required for female students in Big Fish Levels and up. All Dolphin Swim Club members are required to bring rubber fins, kick board and water bottle. Please check our ProShop for any needed equipment.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
