CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Per our policy noted in the registration form and participation waiver of Terms and Conditions, we do not give refunds under any circumstance. Should you need to cancel a class session due to severe medical reasons or family emergencies, a credit may be made to your account for future use with approval by Director. We offer only one complimentary make-up class per session, that must be completed within the current month session. All make-up classes after the initial complimentary class will incur a $10 fee.
Additionally, all seasonal enrollments for group & private, as well as Dolphin Swim Club Memberships operate on a rolling enrollment billing system, as stated in registration and our Terms and Conditions. Should you wish to cancel or freeze your account, a drop request through your iclasspro account or email documentation of this notice MUST be sent to email@example.com at least one week prior to new month session, otherwise charges will process as active.There are no refunds issued, only a credit may be made to your account for future use with approval from the Director.
